Intelogys is a MSME tool room catering to HPDC Die cast and Plastic Injection Mould requirements, Jigs & fixtures, SPM’s to various industries. [ Product Design and Development & Manufacturing ] Intelogys has been building tools and catering services to Automotive, Healthcare, Consumer Products, and Electronic packaging industries. We support product design and are capable of producing critical tools to meet quality specifications, and aim to fulfill your delivery requirements. Our in-house Designer Engineers work on high end software for design and analysis. Our Manufacturing Engineers interface with the design team and co-ordinate in-house machining facilities to meet customer desired quality and delivery schedules. With in-house machining facilities such as CNC, EDM and all conventional machining facilities, we are currently catering an average of about 8 to 10 tools per month. Our tool build capacity is not limited as a vast supply chain network can scale the number of tools built in a month. We manufacture reliable Moulds in the range of SPI Class 101 to 105 based on customer requirements. High Component accuracy can be realized with upfront review of Design for Manufacturability by our engineers. We manufacture Moulds up to 1000 x 800mm with a maximum weight of 2 metric tons.
